Your Big Moments
Launching something? Running a campaign? Need expert hands from start to finish? I'll take you from planning through to post-launch review – no stress, no gaps, just done properly.
So, why Project Support?
Some marketing moments are too important to wing it.
A new product launch. A restaurant opening. Your summer campaign. A new event.
These are the moments that need proper planning, coordinated execution, and expert hands to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. That's where project support comes in. I work with you from initial planning through to post-launch review – handling everything from strategy and messaging to channel execution and performance tracking. You get the peace of mind that comes from knowing it's being done properly, without having to hire someone full-time or stretch your existing team too thin.
Is this right for you?
Project and campaign support works brilliantly if you:
You're launching something (a product, a menu, a new site) and need it to actually land well
You want senior-level planning and delivery without the long-term commitment
You're running a seasonal campaign and need expert coordination across channels
Your team is stretched and you need someone to own the project from start to finish
Perfect for hospitality and lifestyle brands who want campaigns that perform, not just look pretty.
What Does Project Support Cover?
-
We start by understanding your goals, audience, budget, and timeline. What does success look like? What's realistic? What can't be missed?
-
I'll build a comprehensive project plan covering messaging, channels, timeline, budget allocation, and key milestones. You'll know exactly what's happening when.
-
Depending on your project, this could include:
Website copy, landing pages, and product pages
Email campaigns and CRM automation
Social media content and paid social campaigns
Blog posts and editorial content
Partnership and PR coordination
-
I keep everything on track, on budget, and on brand. You'll get regular updates and clear visibility on progress.
-
Need a photographer? Videographer? Designer? I can brief and coordinate external suppliers to make sure you get what you need.
-
Once the campaign or launch is live, we review performance against objectives and identify what worked, what didn't, and what to do next time.

The Process
Free Discovery Call
We talk through your project, your goals, your timeline, and what success looks like
1
Scope & Proposal
I'll put together a proposal outlining what I recommend, the timeline, and what it'll cost
2
Planning & Delivery
Once we're aligned, we kick off with a planning session to map everything out. Then I handle the execution from planning, briefing, writing to delivery. You get regular updates and opportunities to review and approve
3
Launch & Review
We go live. I monitor performance, address any issues, and keep things running smoothly. Once the campaign is over, we review the results together, celebrate what worked, and document learnings for next time

Questions?
-
Project pricing is tailored to the specific scope of work, channels involved, and timeline.
It’s based on deliverables, not day rates, so you get maximum value.
The best way to get an accurate price? Let's talk about your project. I'll always be upfront about costs – no surprises, no hidden fees. -
Project length varies depending on complexity:
Quick campaigns (single-channel, short timeline): 2-4 weeks
Standard launches (multi-channel, moderate complexity): 4-8 weeks
Major openings or brand launches (comprehensive planning and delivery): 8-12+ weeks Timeline depends on scope, how quickly you can provide assets and approvals, and whether we're coordinating external suppliers.
We'll agree on a realistic timeline during the scoping phase – no rushed work, no missed deadlines.
-
Ideally 6-8 weeks before your launch date, but I can work with tighter timelines if needed.
-
Absolutely. I'm happy to collaborate with internal teams, designers, PR agencies, or other specialists.
-
We'll discuss it. Minor adjustments are fine. Significant changes might require a revised timeline or budget, which I'll flag early.
-
I can coordinate photography and work with designers, but these are typically quoted separately. I focus on strategy, copy, and campaign delivery.
-
Many project clients move to a retainer afterwards. We can discuss what ongoing support would look like.
